Spero Skin Spa Salon is a full service spa and salon located in the heart of Mount Vernon, WA. We opened in April of 2016, with a vision of making everyone feel beautiful and appreciated. Spero got it's name from a Latin term: Dum Spira Spero. Which means... "As I breathe, I hope". Our hope is that upon every visit to us, you feel relaxed, pampered and truly valued.

Spero Skin Spa Salon specializes in advanced skincare, injectables, massage therapy, lash extensions, with a full service hair salon and full service nail salon.

We now have a Certified Nurse Practitioner on staff at Spero Skin Spa Salon, specializing in aesthetic injections and facial rejuvenation!

Hillary Patton has trained with world-renowned plastic surgeons, injection specialists, and industry leaders in aesthetic medicine.
